The Youth Ag & Leadership Foundation of Sonoma County is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1982 to support and empower youth through agricultural education and leadership development. The Foundation provides grants to youth clubs and countywide projects, activities, and events to strengthen and expand their programs.  In addition, the Foundation proudly awards educational scholarships to deserving young men and women pursuing college and trade school education.

In 1994, the Foundation constructed the Sonoma County Center in Rohnert Park. The Center serves as a hub for club and county events, adult leader and member training, outreach programs, and general meetings.  The Foundation continues to operate and maintain the Center and is governed by a Board of Directors with expertise in finance, education, business, and agriculture.
