  The evening will include a fabulous barbecue dinner by Lombardi's Catering and dessert by Screaming Mimi's, Silent Auction, Live Auction (Nick Pruett, Auctioneer), live music by

Court 'n' Disaster , local beer, wine and appetizers and 4-H project displays,  This year we are honoring Maraline Olson of Screamin' Mimis' as our 2022 Shining Star Award recipient.  As a respected business in our community, Maraline Olson has been a strong supporter of t he Youth Ag & Leadership Foundation.  We are also pleased to honor Ettamarie Peterson as our 4-H Alumni Award recipient. Be sure to get your tickets so you can join us for a beautiful evening celebrating and supporting youth agriculture in Sonoma County!

Ettamarie Peterson, who has been actively involved in 4-H for a  half century, is the 2022 recipient of the Youth Ag & Leadership Foundation's 4-H Alumni Recognition Award for her many contributions to Sonoma County.

The annual award honors someone who uphold the values of leadership, citizenship and community service, which are the hallmarks of 4-H.

Screamin' Mimi's, the iconic Sebastopol ice cream shop owned and operated by Maraline "Mimi" Olson, is the recipient of the 2022 Shining Star Award given by the Youth Ag & Leadership Foundation of Sonoma County.

The Shining Star Award annually recognizes a person or business that has made significant contributions to the Youth Ag & Leadership Foundation and the you people involved in Sonoma County's 4-H and FFA programs.
